Safqqa's Hassle-Free Returns: We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we strive to make returning your Safqqa purchases as simple and smooth as possible. Here's the lowdown:

    • 10-Day Return Window: You have 10 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return, but remember, not all products qualify.
    • Eligibility Check: Before you submit your request, review our return policy to see if your specific product category is eligible for returns. It's all clearly laid out to save you time and hassle.

Safqqa Returns: Ensuring Quality and Fairness

We want you to love your Safqqa purchases, but sometimes things don't work out. To maintain fair practices and product quality, we have a few things to cover regarding returns:

Quality Check: When a return arrives, our team carefully inspects it to ensure it meets our return criteria (explained below). If it doesn't, we might need to send it back.

Refunds and Ineligible Returns: If your product isn't eligible for return or doesn't meet the criteria, unfortunately, we won't be able to issue a refund. We'll gladly clarify why and resend the product to you.

Delivery Attempts: If your return request is declined, we'll try delivering the product back twice through our trusted courier partners. If both attempts fail, we'll hold it for 3 business days at our hub.

Reclaiming Your Product: Within those 3 days, you can contact our friendly customer support for another delivery attempt. If we don't hear from you, we'll keep the product for 30 days. Reclaiming it after that will incur a AED/SAR 100 return fee.

Beyond 30 Days: After 30 days, unclaimed returns will be liquidated, and unfortunately, you won't be able to request them again. Please note that Safqqa won't be responsible for unclaimed products, and compensation won't be offered.

For orders placed with Marketplace Sellers, your return will be sent back to them directly instead of Safqqa. These sellers often have their own return policies, which may be similar to or slightly different from Safqqa's standard policy.

    • Shine On with Free Returns: Get your full refund (as per our policy) for unworn, new items in their original packaging. But hey, some things like lingerie and socks get a little too personal, so they're not returnable.
    • Labels Matter: Keep those tags and labels intact on clothes, footwear, eyewear, and more. And don't forget the original packaging – it's like your item's fancy outfit!
    • Certificates and Authenticity: Got a certified gem? Don't lose its proof! Return it with all the original documents, or we might have to say goodbye.
    • Resized or Damaged? Not Our Game: We can't take back items that have been altered after you receive them.
