    • Once processed, it'll take an additional 5 to 7 business days for the funds to show up on your statement, depending on your bank's internal procedures.

    • If your Safqqa account says the refund is processed, but you haven't received it within the expected timeframe, give your bank a call. They might have some extra info for you.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): We'll credit your Safqqa Wallet, and you can easily transfer it to your bank account in a few simple steps.
